EITC State Grants and Donegal Foundation Grants
Do you have an innovative idea to enhance and enrich your curriculum? Do you have a unique way to motivate your students? Is financing your idea a problem? If so, please apply for a Donegal Foundation Teacher Grant. There are currently two kinds of grants that are being offered by the Donegal Foundation – a “Donegal Foundation funded grant” and an “EITC funded grant”. Please note the difference between the two.

Donegal Foundation funded grant:
- Your idea needs to support the curriculum.
- Your idea can focus on remediation or enrichment.
- Your idea should be innovative.
- Your cost should be under $500.
- The more students that are involved, the better.
- No deadlines - Applications are accepted year around.
EITC funded grant:
- Your idea needs to support the curriculum.
- Your idea needs to be an “innovative educational program”. It needs to enhance your academic program.
- Your idea needs to involve advanced academics, and to embellish your academic subjects.
- Your idea CANNOT be related to life skills, behavioral plans, prevention, tutoring, remediation, or testing prep.
- Cost is not a factor.
- The more students that are involved, the better.
- No deadlines – Applications are accepted year around. Best time to apply is January and February.
