All Donegal Foundation Scholarships request personal contact information, grades, SAT and ACT scores (if available), extracurricular activities, awards and honors, work experience, and answers to the following prompts:

• Essay - In a brief essay, give a general description of your goals. Include the name and location of the educational institution you wish to attend, the intended course of study, degree and work desired, etc. (Students pursuing the Community Service Scholarship should also highlight their community service involvement.)
